The historic meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will take place at the Capella hotel on Singapore’s Sentosa Island on June 12.

With less than 11 hours to go before President Donald Trump sits down for his one-on-one meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore, officials from both countries are scrambling to put together the final details for the historic nuclear summit.

Earlier, Kim Jong Un impersonator Howard X and Donald Trump impersonator Dennis Alan pose together on Sentosa Island in Singapore when they arrived for the summit.

Both leaders, Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un have already arrived in Singapore. Kim is staying at the St. Regis Hotel, while Trump is staying at the Shangri-la Hotel. These hotels are in highly security and located in central Singapore.

The meeting itself will take place at a third location: the Capella Hotel, on Singapore’s lush and secluded resort island of Sentosa. The island is a popular tourist destination with stunning beaches, two golf courses, and several theme parks. The Adventure Cove Waterpark is also located in this resport island.

But both Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un schedule is jam-packed with a one-on-one meeting, a second “expanded bilateral meeting” that will include top advisers, and a working lunch afterwards.

As per the schedule, US -North Korea historic summit starts Tuesday, June 12, at 9 am Singapore time. Singapore’s time zone is exactly 12 hours ahead of EST/EDT New York time.

That means in as per New York Time, it starts at US on the East Coast at 9 pm on June 11. Most Americans will likely be asleep during the bulk of the summit, but given what a huge event this is, at least some people will probably stay up to watch the spectacle.
