The Redmi Y2 smartphone which was launched in China last month, is now introduced in the Indian market. Xiaomi’s latest operating system MIUI 10 is now officially available in India.
What are the main features of Xiaomi Redmi Y2 Phone ?
The Redmi smartphone is priced at Rs 9999 (or USD 150 -180) for a 3Gb RAM + 32 GB version. This is the cheapest version of the phone. On the other hand the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage is priced at Rs 12,999 (USD 200 -230)
By the first impression of Redmi Y2 phone, the operating system of the X2 is based on the Android OS 8.1 Oriented MIU 10. As mentioned above, there are 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of RAM Internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor.
The phone has a 5.99 inch HD display. Finger Print Print Scanner is included on the back of the phone. Redmi Note 5 is similar to the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphones.
Redmi Y2 specifications has a dual rear camera which is installed just like the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone. The rear camera has a 12 megapixel and 5 megapixel sensors. Selfie camera is of 16 megapixels. Xiaomi says that artificial intelligence technology will help in camera. Portrait mode is also available in both cameras. The phone is released with unlocked version.
Redmi Y2 comes with phone’s battery of 3080mAh.
When the Redmi Y2 will be available in market ?
Redmi Y2 will start rolling from June 12th. You can buy the phone from Amazon India or Amazon US. Flash Sales System sold within no time. Those who want to buy the phone will have to register in advance for the Amazon India.
What is main features of MIUI 10 operating system ?
The new version of the MOI comes with a number of changes in the operating system that will improve the performance of the phones. This OS will work on display size phones in 18: 9, 19: 9 ratio.
Also the MIUI 10 OS comes with Redesigned Reset App View, Different Sounds for Notifications, and Portrait Mode with AI Supported on Camera. There are some other features realted to multi threading is available with new version.
The new version does not have a replacement mechanism to reply to service unsolicited requests.
