Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father, Krishnaraj Rai passed away in Mumbai on Saturday.
Reportedly, He was fighting cancer and was in hospital for over a month. He was kept on a ventilator for few days and had his last breath at the hospital.

Aishwarya cut short her trip to Dubai as soon as her father was admitted to Lilavati hospital in suburban Mumbai. Abhishek Bachchan also rushed back from New York to be by his father-in-law’s side.

The cremation will take place at Vile Parle.
